Phillip Hasley, P.E. is a professional engineer with over twenty years of experience providing energy auditing, analysis, design and measurement and verification (M&V) services for utility and customer clients. His evaluation and design technology experience includes HVAC, refrigeration, variable speed drive, industrial process, commercial and power generation projects. He has performed integrated and demand reduction audits, short term metering to establish equipment energy consumption and created computer simulation models using spreadsheets, eQUEST and DOE-2 to estimate savings and payback on energy saving projects. He has provided technical assistance for energy conservation incentive programs of Southern California Edison and Pacific Gas and Electric Company. He contributed to the FEMP and California SPC M&V procedures manuals, ASHRAE Guideline 14, and has conducted energy conservation training workshops for NEEC, ASHRAE and several utilities.
Kyle Dunn, P.E. is founder of our consulting partner, MWE2 and has over 10 years of utility and engineering experience in the energy services sector. Kyle has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and specializes in commercial and industrial (C&I) project management, energy audits, and measurement and verification (M&V). Kyle holds a professional engineerâ€s license in California (#34,500) and Michigan (#56,324), is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), and previously served on the Board of Directors for the US Green Building Council â€“ San Diego Chapter.
